Our experience with What Matters Most has been a blessing.  After receiving services from a couple of other service agencies, we are so happy to have found WMM.  They truly care about their clients, their families, and their employees.  Not only do they provide quality services, but they also help advocate and educate their clients and employees to seek additional services and funding that is much needed in NC.  Greg, Rebecca, Bill, and the admin team make certain everyone feels Ike you are a part of a family, with personal text messages, holiday gatherings, and annual celebrations. My 23-year-old son, with a disability, feels comfortable texting or messaging them freely and always receives a prompt reply.  As a parent, I am fortunate and feel comfortable knowing WMM will always be there to answer the phone, text, message, or any need for assistance. Sincerely thankful for the hard work and dedication we receive from What Matters Most.
